High altitude acclimatization

The major cause of altitude illnesses is going too high too fast. We're going from Lima to Cuzco in 3 days. We sleep at places around 2500m above sea level. We stayed in Nazca (500m), Chalhuanca (2800m) and Cachora (2880m) before reaching Cuzco (3300m).
